Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

OneTake is built to work without knowing who you are. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no backend server of ours. This policy explains the limited ways the App and its purchase processor handle information.

1.The Short Version

2.On-Device Access (Permission-Gated)

3.Purchases (Apple + RevenueCat)

Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system and entitlement status is managed with RevenueCat (our subscription infrastructure provider):

4.What We Do NOT Collect

No analytics or telemetry of any kind. No advertising identifiers and no ad tracking (the App never asks for App Tracking Transparency because there is nothing to track). No location, contacts, or identifiers beyond what §3 requires for purchases. No data is sold or shared for marketing — there is nothing to sell.

5.Retention and Deletion

Local content persists until you delete it (per-take delete, or delete the App to remove everything). Purchase records live with Apple and RevenueCat per their retention policies; cancelling Pro does not delete your local takes. To exercise access/deletion rights over any purchase-related data, contact us and we will route the request (much of it only Apple or RevenueCat can action — e.g. receipts and refunds go through Apple).

6.Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, consistent with the 13+ eligibility in our Terms of Service. We knowingly collect no data from children; the only data flows are the on-device and purchase flows described above.

7.Security

Your content is protected by your device (passcode, encryption, sandboxing) and by OS permission gates. No security is absolute, but there is no server of ours to breach: the attack surface is your device plus Apple/RevenueCat infrastructure, each covered by their own protections.

8.Changes and Contact

Material changes to this policy bump the in-app legal version and ask for acceptance again; the current version is always readable in the App under Profile → Terms & Privacy. Questions or privacy requests: [email protected].
